  I Portici Hotel

  Liked: Easy walk from the railway station and a short walk to city centre. Room had character and was well appointed. Staff friendly and helpful.

  Disliked: Nothing stands out that I could say I disliked.

  It was okay. As a first trip to Italy we definitely expected more from the accommodation

  Disliked: No duvet, beds weren't singles as requested, breakfast wasn't great

  Very comfortable and convenient for my family. Would stay again

  Liked: The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, very large and easily fit my family (2 adults and 2 small children). Location was convenient, the elevator made it easy to access.

  Great location in the middle of town and friendly staff

  Liked: Great location. Friendly and accommodating staff. Elevator for luggage. good sized room. Nice breakfast.

  Disliked: The spa was covered in black mould. I wouldn't be game to turn it on, which I was looking forward to. There's no shower head attachment on the wall, just the hand held short one, so you need to sit down for a shower.

  Disliked: Beds hard one bad pillow. Entrance very difficult to find as was expecting a hotel, it is a floor of huge building and entrance hidden by market stalls where arrived
