  Peaceful place

Liked: The hotel was very nice, beautiful place, staff was very nice, helpful, attentive, rooms where good size, nice terrace and the dinner restaurant food was excellent.

Disliked: the breakfast was poor, not bad, but too little options.

  Liked: Very peaceful

Disliked: They charge for parking and say its including the free coffee in the room? Parking and coffee machine/kettle are pretty standard facilities that are usually included in the daily pricing. Also you cannot sit any table during the breakfast, they put your room number to a table you need to sit. Again it was weird given the usual application in the other hotels.

Liked: We had an absolutely wonderful stay at iConic Wellness Resort & Spa. From the moment we arrived until check-out, everything exceeded our expectations. The resort is beautiful, spotless, peaceful, and the facilities are outstanding. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional customer service. Pamela and Letizia were simply amazing. They were always welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. Their attention to every little detail made all the difference and made us feel valued throughout our stay. Their kindness, efficiency, and willingness to help with anything we needed turned an excellent experience into an exceptional one. Thank you, Pamela and Letizia, for making our holiday so special. We highly recommend iConic Wellness Resort & Spa and look forward to returning in the future!
