  Away-from-it-all peaceful and relaxing location in the hills above Arezzo

  Liked: Great peaceful location with stunning views down to Arezzo and surrounding countryside. I was visiting relatives nearby so the location was perfect for me. It is quite isolated without a car and a little way from facilities, so bear this in mind. The property is gorgeous and the room was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Hairdryer, toiletries provided. There was a kitchen area with microwave, fridge and complementary water. The restaurant is currently closed so you would need to pick up your own food, milk, coffee etc. from the town. The buildings are surrounded by the most gorgeous gardens and a vine-covered walkway leads to the plunge pool. This was clean and extremely refreshing with plenty of sun beds and shaded areas to sit and read. I stayed 4 nights and was the only guest during this time so had the pool to myself! The lovely owners, Roberto and Siwia were extremely friendly and helpful and very easy to contact via WhatsApp. They live nearby if you have any issues. Thoroughly recommend for a get-away-from-it-all break.

  Wonderful hotel over Arezzo

  Liked: It's a wonderful hotel with a beautiful view of the valley below. You can see Arezzo in the distance. It's clean, very well old fashionably decorated. The food was great, the staff was excellent. Absolutely splendid. There was a problem with the air conditioning in our room, so they gave us a very big, spacious, and wonderful apartment. Waking up with that view... unforgettable. The breakfast was great, we also had dinner there when we arrived. It was very tasty. Best tiramisu I've tried.

  Disliked: At times and at certain places, there was no wifi. It was not a big problem for us, only for our teens, but it was a pleasure watching them suffer without internet 😄.
