  Perfect 👌❤️

  Liked: Lovely, small apartment with every essentials you need for relaxing holiday. Perfect location in a beautiful city. In apartment was coffee machine, host left us coffee/tea and too much snacks and sweets ❤️ Host was very easy to communicate and was responded on time. For us it was very pleasant stay, thanks to Alessandro.

  Disliked: One thing we would have liked in the apartment is a washing machine. When you're staying for a few days, that's a must.

  Liked: Very clean very nice and amazed to see that it has same or more features as a hotel room. Breakfast, sweets, sod drinks fridge, coffee machine,etc. wow. Well done

  Liked: A charmingly rennovated apartment in an old building, close to everything. Good views, small kitchen facilities but enough to do some basic cooking. Its got one of those tiled ceilings....the roof of the bedroom is the underside of the roof tiles i think, Pretty and cool. As the name makes clear, it is 'piccolo'. If you travel with lots of luggage, need a lot of wardrobe space or like or need a large bathroom then it may not be for you. It was a quick trip this time but i hope to come back to Arezzo and the piccolo Garibaldi. PS If you are thinking: Arezzo....is it worth it?; the answer is YES!! Skip the more famous and tourist spoiled places..... Arezzo....sounds great, is great.

  Pretty much a perfect stay, if I come back to Arezzo would definitely stay here again!

  Liked: Everything looks exactly like on the pictures and it was perfectly clean. It also seems to be very new. Kitchen has basic equipment and even a stove with 4 cooking plates, not just 2. Some sweet snacks, tea and coffee were provided which was really nice. There was enough space to fit in my bicycle! The communication with the owner is nice, he is very attentive to questions and responds super quickly. The location is in walking distance from the train station and nicely located in the old town. There is a very nice shop round the corner (Salumeria and ristorante Mazzoni) where you will find really delicious panini with porchetta and other things.

  Disliked: It would be great to have an electric kettle to boil water for the tea, it is a bit impractical to do it in a pot.
