  Two couples ideal apartment!

Liked: The building is a beautifully restored original Arezzo stone house. With clean and comfortable areas and comfortable beds. Franco is an exceptional host, friendly and helpful. Two good sized bedrooms with a small kitchen and lounge area. A balcony you can use too!

Disliked: Difficult to say what we didn't like as it is exactly what you would like to find at that price. The small road can be a little noisy over the cobbles, but just remember to close your window at night.. not an issue.

Great and cozy room in a great location

Liked: Great location. Nicely renovated room in an old building. Host provides great recommendations for local restaurants & bars.

Disliked: Wifi was extremely slow. A bit noisy, there’s a street drainage in the road in front of a building that all cars drive over and it gives a loud bang everytime.

Good apartment close to the city centre

Liked: A very good apartment with two bedrooms (we were two couples), very friendly host, free parking in front of the apartment (on the street), good Wi-Fi, clean.

Disliked: You shall bring a mosquito repellent if you want to sleep with the windows open. We did and we had no problems with mosquitos.
