  Beautiful bolthole in central Arezzo

Liked: Very thoughtfully renovated and in great location. We were there mid heatwave but despite lack of aircon was very comfortable. Great information about local sights and history. Good dining options nearby.

Disliked: Multiple steep steps if you have big bags or have mobility issues.

Liked: Great location only minutes from the main square. The owners provided lots of information about Arezzo and were very thoughtful with everything around the house, including all the essentials. It was spacious! Will stay here again

Comfortable, clean and well situated house with lots of helpful information on Arezzo

Liked: The location was excellent on a quiet street in Arezzo but very close to the Piazza Grande. The house was clean and comfortable. There was also a file with very detailed and helpful information about what to do, where to eat etc.

Disliked: We got the key from a key box but it's always better to meet the host.

Liked: This is a lovely place to stay in Arezzo. The accommodation was very comfortable and beautiful (I imagine the balcony would be great in warmer weather), and little touches in the kitchen made it more comfortable. Communication with the owner was easy and easily sorted some last minute changes to the number of guests.

Disliked: Not an issue for us but to note for anyone with mobility issues - its at the top of a steep hill in Arezzo and many steps in the property. Also to note that on cold autumn days the heating couldn't be turned on until a certain day in October, but the owner provided extra blankets for comfort.
