We were on the second floor the music, VERY LOUD, started with bancing on a floor temporarily install on the street! Loud speakers and a DJ who would not stop talking over the music until 1:00AM! Yes one o’clock! Then they picked up their equipment while speaking very loud to leave at almost 2:00AM! At 5:00AM it was the tour of the garbGe pick up with all the noise thatcomes with that! What is the process to get rei mbursemd t? We wrote to the osner who offered to give us one more night free but you will understand that is the last thing we wanted to do!

WARNING - DO NOT BOOK! Deliberately Deceptive, zero rest, unhelpful host and refuse to refund

  Liked: None.

Disliked: I had an absolutely miserable experience here and want to warn others so they don’t make the same mistake. This stay was ruined by a host who is deliberately deceptive and completely unhelpful. Misleading Listing: The room is listed as a "Triple Room," leading you to believe it is a standard private unit. However, the host hides the fact that it has a shared bathroom in the very last line of the inside description. This is clearly intended to trick guests who are browsing quickly. Impossible to Sleep: My room was located directly next to the shared bathroom. Because the walls are paper-thin, I could hear every single sound from other guests using the toilet throughout the entire night. I was very disturbed and couldn't rest. Hostile Management: When I complained about the noise and the misleading description, the host was dismissive and offered zero help. No Refunds / Ghosting: I booked for two nights but requested to cancel the second night because the conditions were unbearable. The host asked me to deal with Booking.com at the same time stopped responding to Booking.com’s inquiries regarding my request. This is a "bait and switch" operation. The host hides crucial details to get your money and then ignores you when issues arise. It was an extremely unpleasant, exhausting experience. Stay away at all costs.

Liked: Unlimited breakfast and cheap kebab shop down the street is great for people looking to save money. The host was friendly and welcoming, and we enjoyed having access to a kitchen.
