Very good
Liked: The best thing about this place is surely people! Alessandro, the host is extremely responsive & helpful. He helped us organise taxi for an early morning ride to the airport, allowed us to check-in earlier, and after check-out I needed a place to sit and work, he allowed me to stay in the common area. The breakfast was rather abundant for what I know as Italian breakfast, the lady preparing the breakfast was also very warm, hospitable & on one of the days had prepared great cakes. Overall, very happy with the place.
The owner was extensively helpful! Good location!

Liked: Location is very good, 5min from train station and 20min walk for city centre The owner was really nice, let us check in early and keep our luggage in the apartment after the check out Breakfast is ok, real simple
Disliked: I think when you accept a reservation with a 1 year old baby you should expect that the house will have a baby bed, it didn’t and it wasn’t available The house has 4 bedrooms, every time someone gets in it needs to ring downstairs and you ear all the time upstairs, it’s a little bit annoying In our bedroom the shower didn’t close completely and also we struggle with the bedroom AC
Ok stay for one night
Liked: Location was only 5-6 min walk from the bus/ train station. WiFi was strong. Communication was quick via WhatsApp.
Disliked: The rooms were not super clean. Towels were not soft and had a damp smell. There were small hairs on the toilet and signs of mold on the tile.
Lovely room with terrace!
Liked: Alessandro was so lovely! He gave very specific directions on how to get to and into his apartment. He was readily available to answer my questions. The place is adorable and in a great area. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby and very close to the train station. The bed was comfortable and it was so nice to have a terrace to sit on. Grazie mille!
