Very good
Liked: Good location and clean appartment. Quite spacious if compared to hotel rooms.
Disliked: The shared spaces were disappointing, and the apartment was overpriced for what it offered. There was no ventilation in the bathroom, no shampoo provided, and the street noise below was very loud, making it difficult to relax. Overall, the accommodation did not offer good value for money.

I wouldn’t recommend this to even my worst enemy
Liked: Nothing, it was the worst place we’ve ever stayed.
Disliked: It’s a scam. A guy met us on a dark street in front of the address they gave. Then he walked us two blocks to a completely different building with no address. This is not the picture or the neighborhood we chose on booking. Our luggage had been delayed and we could not even give the airline an address, so we had to go back to the airport the next day. The neighborhood is dirty and graffitied. Building had minimal light, dead cockroaches on the floors, broken elevator (we were on the fifth floor), trash in the hallway, even a pair of underwear hanging on the banister. Unit was an apartment converted to three bedrooms. Dark and gloomy but, at least, fairly clean.
Good location but the photos look nothing like our room did
Liked: The location was very good and the room was clean.
Disliked: The room was in another building, which meant we had to walk with all our luggage from the original building. There was no breakfast, even though it says on the booking site that breakfast is included. The pillow and the mattress felt like we were lying on a brick. The photos on the booking site did not look anything like our room…
Great location, 5-minute walk to Bari centre
Liked: Location, cost, a/c, kitchen area
Disliked: Check-in was very difficult. Hotel rooms were not at the B&B address on the booking reservation but in the next block over, which was extremely difficult to navigate while driving and trying to get this information from someone who just rattled off numerous numbers in Italian over the phone! That said once we were sorted the location was perfect and room great for our 2 day stay.
Bring your own toilet paper
Liked: Internet was fast, room was big, AC worked and well, location
Disliked: There was no toilet paper. Even after messaging, no reply. Cups for coffee are small (perfect for espresso, terrible for tea or anything else you want to drink in a mug). Address was in a different block than advertised and we were informed of the difference less that 1 h before arrival. No hand soap.w
