Fabulous
Liked: Spacious room, filling breakfast, central location
Disliked: Owner unresponsive to messaging at start and then gave confusing checkin instructions, room right next door to breakfast hall so no lie-in possible due to noise
Liked: A lovely little hotel with a wonderful owner who is helpful in every way, situated in an excellent location in the heart of Bari. The rooms are comfortable and of high quality. Rosanna prepares a wonderful breakfast, and her cappuccino is exceptional. Another very important point for us: the beds are sufficiently wide and very comfortable. We highly recommend it!

An effective place to stay for the night
Liked: Great communication from Rosanna, easy to access when we came into Bari late at night. Breakfast in the morning was incredible!
Disliked: Didn’t have a lock on the door from the inside. Pillows were very thin
Good place to stay for a day or two
Liked: Good bed and bathroom. Host was very good and responsive
Liked: The positive aspect would have to be the location, it is near everything and had good restautantes next to it. Also it was clean.
Disliked: It was the beggining of our trip to puglia and unfortunately we were disappointed with our stay. To begin with there was a mix up with our rooms, when we arrived the key to the room we had made a reservation for, King with balcony, wasn’t available. Instead we were given a smaller cheaper room without the balcony (double room). Afterwards, we talked to the owner and we asked for the difference in price, which they complied with. Aside from the fact it didn’t have the balcony also it was right next to the kitchen. Because the breakfast starts at 8 AM, it is hard to sleep after that time, due to the noise. There was also a lack of atention to detail, the mini fridge was disconnected from the eletricity which meant the water inside was warm, it took almost the whole night to start getting cold. In adition the trash can in the bathroom didn’t have a bag. There was also a half used intimate care lotion in the bathroom. In terms of parking we would not recommend Tiemme garage, which was reccomended to us by the owner. It is kind of sketchy, a person without any type of identification that is at the entrance of the garage just takes the key to the car, without giving any context, to park it himself. Not perceptible english. The price is what he decides, in our case 25€ just for the night (from 10PM to 10AM). Overall there are a lot of things to improve, we hope the owners take this into consideration, in order to improve the guest stay.

Liked: Comfortable bed New bathroom with hot and cold water at anytime Hairdryer available, AC available Safe and secured Central position and very close to the train station and all the attractions Wonderful breakfast prepared by Rosanna to whom we are saying a big thanks for being so kind and respectful
Disliked: Towels - but those were changed instantly at our request
