Liked: Reasonable value
Disliked: Complicated check in if you dont have data roaming
Very stressful because of difficulty to open door and gate

Disliked: Difficult to use WiFi to open for to room and gate to parking Did not have WiFi code available and wasn't able to get until another guest shared theirs I didn't hear back from property owners until the next morning when I messaged for help
Liked: Smooth check-in, pretty clean room
Disliked: Facility looks like it has not been renovated since the '90s, except for the door locks. Scarce breakfast. Could not sleep well because of all the noises, refrigerator, lights etc Initially asked for a child's bed, booking.com policy stated it would be 10 € / night, property wanted to charge 20. We said we would not need it in that case. After all that, they put a toddler crib in the room which was unusable.
Liked: Location is great, quiet, apart.
Disliked: Electronic key to room was not always working. Coffee capsules were only on demand.
One night it was fit for purpose
Liked: No frills but did the job. Secure parking. Close to Bari. We had a very early check out so they opened breakfast area for us beforehand which was great for a coffee at least. Outdoor covered areas are a pleasant surprise.
Disliked: You can hear all movements of people through main door and also in adjacent rooms. Surrounding area outside of property just littered with rubbish but this seems to be a common theme in Italy sadly.
Cheap and safe overnight stay with basic comfort in dreadful location
Liked: Cheap room with private bathroom. Basic comfort. Safe parking included. Basic breakfast included.
Disliked: Dreadful location. Breakfast buffet offering cookies and cakes, but no fresh bread, eggs or omelettes available on request only.
