Exceptional
SUPERB
Liked: Exactly next to Via Sparano, lift, second floor, all that is necessary in the flat, very spacious, big balcony with great view. Positive energy. Gives invoice. Easy check in yourself. Washing machine and cutlery. Electric outside curtains for blackout and good sleep.
Disliked: N/a
Liked: Very clean, amazing place
A decent stay
Liked: The apartment is big and bright with a lot of natural light. Its main advantage is the location - close to the train station, city center and the seaside with a lot of shops, restaurants, cafes and everything you may neeed around.
Disliked: The apartment definitely needs some maintenance and a deep cleaning. The shower is full of mold. The walls have seen better days a long time ago. The floor in the living room was full of hair and dust. Not sure if they just forgot to clean it because the rest of the house looked pretty decent.
Liked: Easy clear access instructions, staff organised parking nearby. We requested sofa bed to be made up as well as bedroom and everything done as we asked. We ate out but kitchenette very well equipped. Very good value and spotlessly clean.
Disliked: No complaints
Liked: Location.
Disliked: I certainly wouldn't call the accommodation "Berga Exclusive Suite"—at most, just "Berga Suite." The shower stall was moldy, and the toilet wasn't clean. The toilet seat didn't fit properly at all.
Loved it
Liked: A wonderful, spacious apartment, well equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The large balcony overlooking one of the central streets was a lovely feature. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of the old town, with plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby. Communication with the host was clear and helpful throughout. They kindly let us check in a few hours early, which we really appreciated. A fantastic choice for a stay in Bari!
