Liked: The accommodation had alot of nice touches like a clothes steamer and an umbrella. Had a kettle, coffee machine, milk frother. Breakfast was like convenience cakes etc for 2 people replaced daily if used. We had our own bread as we are gluten intolerant. Also had milk for tea coffee in the little fridge which is also a great addition to our stay.

  Disliked: Nothing

Tiny room, sugary breakfast, rude host

Liked: The room was well organized

Disliked: The room was tiny, actually barely bigger than the bathroom, breakfast was mostly sugary pastries like Nutella and jam, which was disappointing, and the host was very rude, didn’t answer our questions, and was very negative

The accommodation deserves a good review; the host communication does not

Liked: The apartment itself was very good and had some thoughtful touches, but reliable communication is essential.

Disliked: Very nice accommodation, but unfortunately the host communication was a serious problem. We were left without check-in details until moments before boarding our flight and could not reach the host despite five phone calls. Booking.com also confirmed they could not reach the host and were preparing alternative accommodation for us. The instructions eventually arrived with a brief apology, but there was later no response regarding a discrepancy in the tourist tax (requesting 2 euros/person per day instead of per night as it was written on Booking, so double) or the ID requirements.
