Liked: Inside it was ok
Disliked: Terrible customer service. Check in was only allowed after 17.00, which is really late, but check out the latest at 10.00 am, only 17hrs for a daily staying. Never seen this before. The area was not nice, not very close to the center. The building itself, the entrance and the stairs to the apartment were a big shock!!!!! Not in the worst areas of Cairo have I seen something like that! The balconies were so terribly dirty, full of garbage and dove’s shit, i didnt even try to open them up

Liked: I stayed at Cas358 Luxury Suite in Bari and truly felt lucky with my choice. The host was very attentive and quickly helped when I had a small issue — her response was fast and really appreciated. The apartment was clean, cozy, with a hot tub in the room, air conditioning, a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, and stable Wi-Fi — everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great. Close to the cathedral, theatre, train station, and cafés — all within walking distance. Perfect both for exploring the city center and getting around. I don’t like staying in touristy areas — I prefer to live where locals do, and this place was perfect for that: just 10 minutes from the center, but in a real neighborhood.

Liked: It was clean and owner was helpful in trying to help me find the apartment and to open the electronic lock.
Disliked: The instructions to enter the property were not clear. I couldn’t find the apartment as the instructions were not clear and it was dark and poorly signed. Plus, the physical keys were not in the safety box (as stated on the check in instructions) and the automated door lock took me 20minutes to open. The automated unlock using my cell phone did not function and the physical keys were not in the safety box - it was a very distressing experience. I also felt that the location did not feel safe for me late at night.
Tourist trap. If you expect people to pay, you need to provide at least normal services

Disliked: I dont know where to start… First the check in was at 17:00. We went there at 17:15 and the cleaning was still ongoing. We waited in the building hall which is in terrible condition. Managed to check in around 18:00. Then a key was supposed to be left in a master lock, but guess what, it was not there… This is unbelievable. One of the nights we could not sleep because the mosquitoes were everywhere. Then we saw that actually one of the windows cannot close and the mosquito net is broken too. Because of that its also too noisy, also stains on the bed and pillows, no doors in the toilet or bathroom, bathroom dirty, building coming out of horror movie, bath dirty, you cannot have proper rest there. Avoid. AVOID. AVOID
