Fabulous
A horrible and frustrating start, made worse by a two-hour wait outside with my family and luggage
Liked: Location and Unit itself was good.
Disliked: The key and access system was pathetic and horrible. We had to wait for two hours outside the building, in front of the main entrance, with our family and luggage. The main door was supposed to open automatically using the online access system, but the application did not work for two hours. During this time, I called the property many times, but there was no response. I also sent several messages through Booking.com, but nobody replied. After waiting for two hours, someone from the property finally provided us with the correct access. It was extremely frustrating and a big inconvenience to wait outside for so long with my family and luggage. This was a very poor and unacceptable experience.
Central and quiet apartment
Liked: Value for price ratio is very good.
Disliked: Some walls need a new paint/ some renovation
Liked: Location and view
Disliked: Jacuzi was out of service
Liked: Good location right next to the train station and close to the city center. A really nice, spacious apartment with a great view. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi was out of order, which we knew in advance. The only issue we had was low water pressure in the shower, which made washing hair quite difficult.
Disliked: Low water pressure in the shower, which made washing hair quite difficult.
Liked: Close to the train and bus station. Good big rooms for 3 sets of people but Jacuzi was not going so only 1 shower.
Disliked: Bad access to get a pin to open the door, once I had it could not use it again to reopen the door and I left my hat inside. Bad news for start of holiday. We could not get hold of owner again, Bad news
We are sorry that it was so short:)
Liked: We wish there were some basic stuff, like coffee and milk. But the fact that it was clean and so close to the centre - it was excellent. The lift is a bit scary as at one point it didn't open immediately, and pretty small when you are carrying luggage's.
Disliked: The jacuzzi was out of order - I think we would have loved to use that
