Liked: Clean, perfect location, enough place to park our rented car. Instructions for self check-in and checkout were precise, we were close to the airport for our early floght.
Disliked: The bed was not that comfortable, but was ok for our one night stay.

Disliked: This is hands down the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I have never left a negative review for a hotel before—this is the only time. Here is what happened: our flight landed at 1:00 AM, and we arrived at the hotel at 1:30 AM. We found the building entrance and the key boxes—there were four of them, colored red, yellow, blue, and green. The host had sent us the code for the yellow box, but when we opened it, there was no key inside. We tried to contact the host via Booking.com’s chat and by phone, but received no response whatsoever. It was nearly 2:00 AM, and while we were standing at the entrance, we ran into a British couple who had just arrived by taxi; it turned out they were also staying in one of the hotel's units. The gentleman was very kind and tried to contact the host for us, but he also got no reply. He wondered if our key might be in one of the other boxes. He tried the other two boxes and—miraculously—guessed the correct four-digit code for the red box. We ended up staying in the "red" unit. The next morning, we discovered that there were other guests staying in the "yellow" unit. The reality was that the information the host sent us was simply wrong; he should have given us the code for the red unit but sent the code for the yellow one instead. Such carelessness and total disregard for the guest experience—this was the worst hotel stay we have ever encountered. Even after seeing our messages the next day, they offered no reply and no apology—it was as if they had gone completely silent. So, I urge anyone considering this hotel to think twice; they can't even manage the basic task of getting guests into their rooms smoothly! Whatever you do, do not stay here!
Good value accommodation for late arrival at Bari airport, €20 taxi
Liked: A pleasant, clean accommodation, everything you need for sleep without luxury. It was about the closest reasonably priced accommodation near the airport but requires a taxi or a 25 minute walk to get there.Coco’s rooms accommodates late check-in with a well thought out self check-in system but make sure you get the instructions beforehand or have a working eSIM as it’s on 3rd floor and you have to get in the locked entry doors! Taxis now operate 24hours we were told at Bari airport. It was a fixed price charge of €20 to Coco’s rooms. The taxi knew Cocos Rooms.
Disliked: Early checkout: 10am! Hard for arrival after midnight. There are no cafes around the area for a morning coffee. I was on crutches and we had to “walk” to another hotel to order a taxi, as the taxi company put me on hold then hung up on me twice as I was slow giving Coco Room’s address in Italian, then again when I spoke English. It’s €40 to Bari central station from there.
