Guest reviews
Exceptional
Disliked: The apartment was in an absolutely unacceptable condition. The moment we opened the door, we were hit by an overwhelming smell of mould and dampness. It was obvious why all the windows had been left open before our arrival and why guests are asked to leave them open when checking out. The sofa was stained and dirty, the bathroom was disgusting, with rusty towel rails, mould around the shower and floor, and no clean place to hang our towels. The smell in the bedroom was even worse than in the rest of the apartment. The mattress was completely worn out and sagged in the middle, making it impossible to sleep. On top of that, the bed sheets were too small for the bed and kept coming off throughout the night. After a sleepless night, we woke up to find small insects in the kitchen (see the attached photos). This was the final disappointment. I genuinely cannot understand how this property has a 9.5 rating. The apartment is poorly maintained, unhygienic. Properties in this condition should not even be available for booking. Basic standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance were clearly not met.
Liked: We had an excellent experience here! The apartment is very well-equipped; we had absolutely everything we needed,it’s clear that great attention was paid to every detail. The bed is extremely comfortable, and we managed to get a perfect night's sleep. Also, the host was very kind and responsive, which made our stay even more pleasant. Highly recommend!
Liked: The apartment was excellent and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean, well-organized. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances and utensils, and the living space was cozy and inviting. The host is very helpful, answers any question.
