  Liked: Location was excellent. Near to everything we needed!

  Disliked: The place was cozy and nice. The mattress felt like a boat,not comfortable at all. And it looked dusty, everywhere in the kitchen, bathroom also wasn’t so clean. For the money it should be!

  A basic, tired property with maintenance issues

  Liked: The property has agreed to refund one night due to our cancelled flight. Thank you!

  Disliked: A basic property, nothing fancy, nothing wow. The fridge freezer was full of ice and needs to be defrosted. The small balcony was locked, and no key was provided. The balcony door also seems to have a problem, it is difficult to open and needs attention. There were a lot of mosquitoes inside the room, and I couldn't figure out where they came from. The bathroom needs work, as the shower pressure is very low and mold is present. There are also dead insect spots splashed on the walls and ceiling. No instructions for garbage disposal were provided by the host. We stayed for 6 nights and managed to accumulate only a small amount of garbage, which we left in a bag inside the room when we checked out. Lastly, if you have difficulty climbing stairs, be aware that the bed is located on a mezzanine platform accessible only by a spiral staircase.

  Excellent

  Liked: The property is in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the city. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and we felt at home throughout our stay. Everything was well maintained, and it was a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

  Liked: Excellent location, studio looked like presented online. Good WiFi, good contact with the host.

  Disliked: Overall, the apartment felt a bit dusty (the equipment was old and accumulated dirt easily) and especially the shower could have used a bit more cleaning. Also, the a/c ‘tank’ (a Jerry can on the balcony) needed to be emptied every day, otherwise the a/c would start dripping. Unfortunately, the tank was very dirty and the process of cleaning it daily was highly uncomfortable.

  Liked: great location, close to all main attractions, restaurants, bars, shops etc. the host was friendly and helpful, she answered evey message and question

  Disliked: the bed is a little too small and a little uncomfortable, the air conditioner doesn't work really well, and i didn't receive any instructions before regarding the hot water ( it can be turned on and off from a button near the light switch in the bathroom)

  Liked: The location was perfect.

  Disliked: The bathroom - the shower area was a fenced-off corner of the bathroom, too narrow, so you could hardly avoid touching the walls, which were not cleaned well, the sewage was clogged. The room - air conditioning could not worm-up the room area well. The kitchen facilities were dirty as left by the previous tenants.
