Fabulous
Liked: The room was comfortable and clean, and the self check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The location was convenient for exploring Bari, with easy access to the city center. Thank you for your hospitality and for making our stay a pleasant experience. We would gladly recommend this accommodation!
Our accomodation was basic and not one I would recommend
Liked: The property was clean, apart from a previous tenants towel left on the balcony. Also there was no soap in the dispenser for washing hands. The location was close to the station and about a 15 minute walk to the old town.
Disliked: 1. No communication from property apart from saying the booking was confirmed. No response when I requested 2 single beds. No response when I wrote a few times trying to ask about how to get into the property. A random person named Angelo kept phoning me, but did not leave a message or identify himself as being an agent for Domus Nikolai. He asked for copies of my documents which I didn’t give him as communication was supposed to be via Booking.com. I messaged the property to ask if Angelo was an agent for the property but again no answer. I arrived late in the evening and it took me an hour to gain access to the property. I had two men from the shop next door helping me. They tried ringing the telephone number that was written on the door, but no one answered. They said there were always problems with guests trying to gain access. 2. The noise the toilet made when it was flushed was incredibly noisy. We didn’t want to use it for fear of waking up everyone in the building. 3. We requested two single beds but were given a double bed. 4. There is no lift, so trying to get heavy cases up three flights of stairs was challenging. 5. The balcony we had, overlooked overflowing rubbish buns, a car park and a railway line so noisy and not attractive.
Liked: Everything was great!

Liked: Great location, very close to the main train station (around a 7-minute walk), and the train stop for the airport is just one minute away. The city centre can also be reached easily in about 20 minutes. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a big plus during the very hot days in July.
Disliked: The main downside was the poor soundproofing. We could clearly hear guests in the neighbouring room talking, as well as the shower and toilet being used. There was also a very loud noise coming from what seemed to be the water tank or plumbing system. We also asked for clean towels and toilet paper. As it was Sunday, we were told that the cleaning staff were not available and that this would be taken care of on Monday. Unfortunately, we checked out on Wednesday and neither the towels were changed nor was toilet paper provided.
Liked: The apartmant was ok, the beds were really comfortable. It could be cleaner and they could check on us every day if we need a clean towell or toilet paper or something else. So it was fine, could be better.
The roof terrace and location are good, but they really need to do something for the moldy room and could clean better
Liked: The location is near the train station which is useful if you want to explore Puglia via train. In the roof there is a very pleasant terrace with tables for shared usage.
Disliked: It wasn't very clean and unfortunately 1 of the bedrooms had a very big water stain in the ceiling which caused a moldy smell when the room windows arr closed (maybe the upper neighbors had a leakage issue). There was literally 1 plate in place (and plenty of glasses). From past comments we saw they were providing some snacks - bear in mind this is not the situation anymore.
