Fabulous
Kind staff, clean room
Liked: Clean and modern hotel with a very-very kind staff. Train and bus centrail stations are about 15 min walk from the hotel, which is thereby can be a good selection if you plan some short trips around Bari. Old town, sea are about 25 min walk, but it was OK for us with two teenagers. Breakfast was acceptable for us.

Liked: I loved the breakfast! The location of the hotel was ok for me, 15 minutes away from the train station. I liked that it is located on a quiet street.
Clean and welcoming hotel, good breakfast with take away service offered for dinner
Liked: The staff are excellent - extremely pleasant and helpful. The hotel was busy but there was a good atmosphere. Good breakfast with a variety of hot and cold food and as much freshly made coffee as wanted with table service.
Disliked: Although within walking distance of Bari and on a bus route, the area lacked shops and restaurants. We had assumed there would restaurants in the immediate locality. As guests with no car, it was difficult to find somewhere for dinner without a fair walk in the dark. However, the hotel offered a take away service with good food at a reasonable price.

Liked: I like the service they know English, very thoughtful and kind people. The receptionist gave us an umbrella totally for free to use it during the day because it had a possibility of rain and yes it was raining, he actually saved us. Also on the bar during the breakfasts they prepare the coffees that my husband asks for and that was free too. The room is a mini apartment with a separate living room and separate kitchen that is good for the price. Also they reply very fast on the chat I have a little issues with my booking totally my mistake but we fix it when I arrive.
Disliked: The location is a little far from the old town and downtown, but walking passing under the bridge and stairs was not the problem the people in this place were sleeping and probably using dru.... But that is not in the power of anyone in the hotel and I am not blaming them at all about that
Liked: Tasty breakfast (excellent straciatella di buffalla cheese), very nice and attentive staff, adequate location
Disliked: Extremely narrow beds (131 cm - barely enough for 2 people, which made sleep very uncomfortable)
