Exceptional
A lovely stay in Bari, with great comfort, excellent service and a fantastic location!
Liked: The location is excellent, just across from Bari Central Station and within walking distance of the city centre. The room was modern, bright and comfortable, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness, the comfortable bed and the complimentary drinks and snacks, which were a lovely extra. The self check-in process was straightforward, and communication with the staff was quick and friendly. A very convenient place to stay when visiting Bari!

Good space and a great location, would stay again
Liked: Good sized room, great bathroom and a balcony over looking the square

Liked: Location was perfect opposite the main railway station and in easy walking distance from the old town area. Good sized room and bathroom very clean and nicely decorated. Complimentary snacks and drinks was a nice touch.
Disliked: The only small issue is parking is difficult if arriving by car, it took a good 30 mins driving around to find a space. However once parked, the meter was easy to operate and car was safe for whatever length of time needed.
I was not expecting such a nice property and so was very surprised and enjoyed my stay
Liked: I needed to take the train the next day and the location was across from the train station so perfect. The bed was comfortable and the snacks and drinks provided were unexpected!
Disliked: I don't notice right away, but there is no way to see who is at the door. When the cleaner came the next morning I had to ask who it was and could not see that it was really her.

It is refreshing to find accommodation where everything has been planned so thoughtfully. The apartment-style atmosphere offered a wonderful combination of independence and comfort, with elegant furnishings, a welcoming environment and useful amenities that made our visit particularly enjoyable. We especially appreciated the efficient management of the property. Before arriving, we received all the information necessary for a smooth arrival, and the entire process was remarkably straightforward. The team clearly understands the needs of international travellers and has created a very practical and convenient hospitality experience. The location near Bari Centrale was another significant advantage. We were able to explore the city, enjoy the local restaurants and easily arrange day trips to other beautiful places in the region. A special mention goes to the people behind Il Pumo. Their professionalism, excellent coordination and dedication to maintaining high standards deserve genuine recognition. Every detail reflects the effort and care invested in welcoming guests. This was one of the most enjoyable accommodations of our trip to Italy. We would gladly return and recommend it to friends and family visiting Bari.

Everything was carefully arranged to make the stay as pleasant and effortless as possible. The communication before arrival was excellent, with clear and detailed instructions that made the entire check-in process incredibly easy. I especially appreciated how efficiently everything was managed, without any unnecessary complications. The accommodation itself was beautifully maintained, tastefully furnished and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing visit. The complimentary refreshments, coffee facilities and thoughtful amenities were lovely touches that made the experience even more enjoyable. The location was another great advantage, especially for travellers arriving by train or planning to explore other destinations in Puglia. Special compliments to the management team for their outstanding organisation, professionalism and attention to guests. It is clear that a great deal of care goes into every aspect of the experience. I would be delighted to return and would certainly recommend this property to other travellers.
