Exceptional
Excellent
Liked: Immaculate accommodation, friendly staff. Great location just outside Bari old town. Train station ~15mins walk, bus station ~20min walk. Very good continental breakfast. Communication and instructions excellent
Perfect Location in Bari
Liked: Very clean, modern, spacious and excellent location. Plenty of bathroom towels. Bed very comfortable and warm. Easily found with clear instructions via WhatsApp from Angel.
Disliked: Water pressure in the shower could be stronger, perhaps brighter light for the bathroom mirror. Perhaps a magnifying make up mirror attached to the wall. Maybe slippers and hand/body lotion.
Lovely relaxing stay
Liked: The location is excellent.Rooms are large and spacious. Cold water in fridge
I would definitely stay here again!
Liked: The room was quite large and very comfortable. The staff was excellent and provided me with gluten free options at breakfast. I felt very well taken care of. They stored my luggage on the last day and the cleaner found a necklace I had left on the counter. He made sure to give it to me when I came back for my luggage.
Disliked: Everything was great!
Location
Liked: The location is excellent—very central and convenient for exploring Bari. Candela, who works there, was also very kind and helpful during my stay, which I really appreciated. However, there were several disappointments. The breakfast was a major letdown, there was no iron in the room, and the shower was extremely small. Also, the hotel does not offer breakfast on Sundays. Overall, the only thing I truly loved was the location. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again, as I felt many basic amenities and details were missing.
I would stay again!
Liked: Staff were very friendly and always helpful. Nice big room, exceptionally clean and its in a fantastic location. There was a nice choice of sweet and savoury at breakfast.
Disliked: I didn't find anything to dislike.
