Good
Liked: Only Location!
Disliked: Unfortunately, this was by far the worst accommodation experience of our trip to Puglia, especially considering the price we paid: **€80 for just one night**. For that amount, we expected a much more comfortable and pleasant experience, but unfortunately, the reality was very disappointing. The room was extremely small, dark, and poorly ventilated. There was no window overlooking the street or any other open area, which made the room feel enclosed, stuffy, and lacking fresh air. It was difficult to feel comfortable in such a closed space. Communication with the host was another major issue. I sent several messages and received no response, eventually having to send multiple question marks and even call just to get a timely answer. Although the room had the other basic amenities we needed and complimentary capsule coffee was a nice touch, these positives did not make up for the overall experience. Parking was also expensive, with the nearest option we found costing €25 per night, provided you stayed in the same numbered space. The most disturbing part, however, was the noise and the lack of a sense of security at night. While we were trying to sleep, people kept walking through the corridor, and their footsteps were so loud and close that it genuinely felt as though someone was about to enter our room. We felt uneasy and even frightened hearing so many people passing by during the night. Instead of feeling relaxed and safe, we felt anxious and struggled to rest comfortably. For €80 a night, we expected at least a comfortable room, adequate ventilation, a peaceful night's sleep, and a basic sense of security. Unfortunately, we did not get that. To be completely honest, this was the worst accommodation experience of our trip. If you value fresh air, peace and quiet, responsive communication, and above all, feeling safe where you sleep, I would strongly recommend carefully considering these issues before booking.
Liked: The location was very good, close to the train station, bus stop and also to Bari Vecchia. It was relatively clean
Disliked: It is very very noisy. After the first night I bought ear plugs so I can sleep and still I could hear everything from outside and inside. The cleaning ladies come early in the morning and make a lot of noise and you can hear everything from the room. There's no cutlery in the apartment also, no spoon, no fork, nothing.
Liked: Proximity to the train station
Disliked: Initial request to submit IDs via WhatsApp, size of the room and bathroom, noise from the street during the night, temperature in the room
Liked: Clean, location, comfortable, everything else beside noisy.
Disliked: Very noisy from outside and corridor
Liked: The receptionist was very nice and it was in a very good location.
Disliked: That the power went off
Disliked: Very bad smell in the room, we had to cancel the booking, and find by ourselves a new booking!
