Very good
Liked: Convenient to airport and the complementary shuttle.
Disliked: The included breakfast was underwhelming. Also, give better instructions for the shuttle pick-up location: it's on the departures level(we would expect it to be on the arrivals level) AND it's outside the MacDonalds restaurant.
Staff in restaurants were pleasant but service was rushed. Hubby hadn’t finished starter and our mains were on the table
Liked: The pool and staff at the spa were nice.
Disliked: The bedding. We shouldn’t use blankets it is not the 70’s. Lumpy old pillows with no support. Tea and coffee in room awful with paper cups.
A recommended solution for staying close to the airport!
Liked: The shuttle service to the airport was comfortable and efficient. The rooms were clean and inviting, and the breackfast was very good
Disliked: I wasn't able to order a shuttle once we landed, because the only way to contact them was by calling and I didn't have a local sim. Contacting through booking didn't get an answer. Also, at dinner, although it was very tasty for us grownups, the staff wasn't very friendly and didn't allow us to change an order to fit a very picky child's taste (we just wanted a simple "white" pasta instead of one of the sauces in the menu) and it was a bit disappointing.

Liked: The gym is very high standard of gear and worth visiting. Shuttle to/from airport is very handy if you need it.
Disliked: I don't know if I was cheated by booking.com who sold me this deal or by the hotel but 200€ per night was not what I would pay again. The breakfast was not matching the Italian standard at all in terms of choice, coffee machine, pastry, tired eggs... It was big dissapoinment. The rooms are very standard not matching the price tag at all.
