Good
Great location
Liked: The location is the best thing about this accommodation. Walking distance to Bari old town and plenty of good bars and restaurants around. Right next to the waterfront.
Disliked: The bedroom is on a separate floor accessible through a very small and tall ladder. The accommodation is quite small and not suitable to spend time in it. At night, there is a lot of noise from pipes and vents from the building. There will be mosquitoes if you forget to close the windows.
Good value for money apartment near the centre
Liked: The apartment was very close to the city centre. The beds were comfortable and there were no disturbing street noises during the night (except some motorists speeding on the seaside road).
Disliked: A microwave oven would be a useful addition.
Liked: Good location. Clean. Restaurant next door. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: Claustrophobic bedroom, more like a bed in a closet. Cold water or maybe bad water heater. Challenging stairs to the bedroom. The refrigerator doesn't cool.

Disliked: No hot water due to switched off hot water tank. The host was very rude, he was justifying to let us check in early with the hot water problem. Not happy at all. Asking for a full refund for the inconvenience.
Didn’t stay unsuitable for 80 year olds
Disliked: Property was very unsuitable and not as described.couldnt gain access for at least 1 hour.couldn’t get a reply from phone no.we were given.luckily our daughter was nearby to help us det relocated to a hotel.very very disappointed.
Adventures of travel
Liked: Location was excellent. We needed a place to stay for 1 night before checking into the Grande Albergo next door. We were given coupons for a light breakfast - coffee & bun - at a nearby cafe, which was a nice addition.
Disliked: There was a small kitchen table with 2 chairs and no place else to sit & relax. There was an “ante-room”, shared by another apartment, with one chair and nothing else. We were 2 women and had no place to put our luggage except to use the kitchen table & the chair in the shared room. Our shower stall did not drain and completely flooded the bathroom - which is a separate room off of the kitchen. We used every towel we had to mop it up so the 2nd person could not shower. The owner was very willing to come and repair this, but as check out was at 10, we were gone before he could see to it. The bedroom was in a loft, accessed by using a tiny circular ladder. Comfy but treacherous - especially if one needed to use the facilities in the middle of the night! The photos showed the layout but I think there should be a very clear explanation of this set up when booking. Also, the kitchen had some supplies but a few tea bags & coffee set up would have been very nice.
