  Liked: The airco wasn’t strong enough… and the guy didn’t answer us when we needed to enter the places, we just received some videos and text. The text wasn’t matching the videos, so very confusing. We didn’t have any instructions to check out: we just leave the keys and tell him and we didn’t get any answer…

  Liked: It had potential

  Disliked: Access instructions are only provided by video, so without a good internet connection it can be difficult to get in. The apartment had an unpleasant smell, ants, a stained shower floor and air conditioning that was very noisy and did not work properly. The outside terrace light also made sleeping uncomfortable. The fridge is extremely small, there is nowhere to put toiletries in the shower, and no iron is provided.

  Liked: The apartment is new, modern and visually appealing. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean upon arrival. The host was polite, responsive and willing to answer questions. A cleaning lady visited on the second day after the host suggested it. The property has potential and could provide a much better experience with clearer information and a few improvements in service and equipment.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, the overall experience did not match the expectations created by the Booking listing and the price paid. The biggest issue was the lack of transparency regarding the facilities and services. The listing presents amenities such as Ristorante Tabula Rasa, wellness/jacuzzi, breakfast, slippers and other facilities, but important details were only explained after arrival. The wellness area was not available for our room category, the restaurant operates separately and requires additional payment, and breakfast is served approximately 400 meters away at Asgard Café. Breakfast consists of one croissant and one coffee or cappuccino per person, which was not clearly explained during the booking process. For an apartment described as "Exclusive", the equipment was disappointing: there were no glasses on arrival, no bottle opener, only one small fork and two knives, only two coffee capsules for an 8-day stay, and the slippers listed among the amenities were not provided. Although the cleaning lady visited on the second day, towels and bed linen were never replaced during the entire 8-night stay. The location is also less convenient without a car, as the nearest useful bus stop is around 900 meters to 1 km away, walking to the city center takes approximately 35–45 minutes, and taxi or Uber rides can cost around €30–35. The apartment itself is not bad, but there is a significant gap between what the Booking presentation suggests and what guests actually receive. For the price paid, I expected much better transparency, equipment and overall service.

  Liked: Nice rooms in a nice and safe area. Very helpfull host. A lot of great restaurants and bars in the same street as the accomandation.

  Disliked: Very disappointing stay. The place is advertised as an “exclusive suite”, but it felt like a basic guesthouse. The location is very far from the city center (about a 1-hour walk) in a construction area with dark and empty streets at night. The bathroom was not clean and the toilet drainage caused water to come back into the room. There were no basic amenities (no slippers, no toothbrush, no toothpaste, only a very basic shampoo). Breakfast was not at the property but in a bar about 600 meters away, which was inconvenient. For €150 per night, this was very poor value and not what you expect from a place described as a “suite”.

  Cost, comfortable and wish we had more time

  Liked: Very chic and comfortable. Had everything we needed

  Disliked: Little hard to find from the road view as google maps takes you to a different location. A picture of the front door entrance way is helpful.
