Exceptional
Liked: I liked the automated check-in and had no issues with it. The breakfast is in a nice coffee shop, and it is nice.
Disliked: Breakfast only offers sweet options with a lot of sugar. Check-in at 15.00h is really late, and they offer no options to leave the lugagge in the meanwhile. There are a lot of ugly messages around the room telling me what not to do, which I don't appreaciate and makes the room look ugly.
Good value for money apartment
Liked: Breakfast was at a local coffee bar, and included coffee and a pastry, really enjoyed it. Whilst the location was out of the centre, there were a good selection of good bars and restaurants within 15 minutes walking range. Room was clean and cozy, I liked the cushioned floor. Instructions for entry were quite clear and quite extensive.
Disliked: Whilst the room was well provisioned with snacks and drinks, all available at a nominal fee, Im used to complimentary tea, coffee and a kettle in the room, sometimes water as well.
Liked: Very convenient location if you want to be close to the university (my case). The room is part of a bigger appartment, located on the 7th floor of an appartment building. Super clean/convenient.
Disliked: Nothing really, but one small thing is that to enter the appartment building there is small (red) gate that you need to open. I was lucky that someone was outside who let me in, but I think the owner should inform you that if you are at the gate that he can ring someone to open the gate for you. Once you are in the building, you take the lift to 7th floor and there you phone the owner and he can open the appartment door and give you the instructions to obtain the keys. Once all of that is fixed all is super arranged.
Liked: The place is super clean and the host is incredibly helpful and friendly, taking care of everything the guests needed. As a bonus, the Italian-style breakfast at a nearby pastry shop is amazing. The only potential downside is that it is a 35-minute walk to the train station, though it is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We linke to enjoy the city and observe the local way of living.
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: Buona la pulizia, ottima comunicazione con l'host e facilità di fare check in
Disliked: La camera era piena di cartelli rossi e gialli con regole e avvisi. Pavimento parzialmente coperto da tappetini di gomma attaccati con lo scotch. Disponibilità di bevande e snack ma tutto a pagamento. Tutto ciò rende la camera poco accogliente.
Great stay
Liked: I stayed at Tanzi home for 6 nights. The room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom was also well maintained and clean. I got room service and towel change after 3 nights. All amenties were in the room and BreakFast was also included in a bar 300 meters to the place. The best part was the the B&B is fully automated and you get access through mobile app and physical keys as well make it so convenient. Overall, the experience was amazing and it remained in one of the best B&B where I stayed while traveling.
Disliked: However, there is still a little improvement required for services in bathroom such as placing small toothpaste maybe as it is always hard to carry so many things while traveling.
