The staff were lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was very nice

Liked: Location was excellent to walk to the Old Town.

Disliked: Our room was #1 on the ground floor and it had a pool. The room smelled musty….the pool was not clean. The bathroom shower had water marks and was dirty. Didn’t use it for our 2 night stay.

Nice but too noisy and overpriced for cot and parking

Liked: Comfortable, super clean, friendly staff.

Disliked: Extremely noisy and we were a suite, a level above reception. Charged 50€ for a baby cot (everywhere else is free or max 20) and 30€ for parking.

We enjoyed the comfort you offered when visiting Bari

Liked: The room has a great layout and the finishes are outstanding. It’s wonderfully designed and it’s very high tech (the digital wall panels to control the lights etc). The bed was very comfortable and the linens were clean and of great quality. Also, the fact that there was a balcony was a huge plus. We loved it. Furthermore, the spa facilities in the basement cellar (hydro pool, sauna, relaxation lounge) were spectacular and so needed after our long day trip to Italy. Last, but not least, the staff (front desk, breakfast cafe, evening bar) was very polite, helpful and positive, always smiling. We really appreciate that.

Disliked: There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like. Everything was great.
