Exceptional

Liked: Alberto was very hospitable and really took care of us whilst we stayed there.
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: View was incredible, hosts were friendly made us food one night, and brought yogurts for our baby and picked us up from boat terminal so we didn’t have to drag our luggage and baby uphill, it was quite a walk from the main centre of Bellagio so we would recommend a car.
Disliked: Unfortunately we didn’t have any hot water for the entirety of our stay which did affect our visit, host did try to get it sorted however couldn’t during our time and couldn’t offer any other place for us to go due to having quite a large problem in the below apartment.
Lovely lake views from quiet hilltop spot
Liked: Incredible lake views from a quieter spot on a hill! Our hosts were very kind to us and to our kids, even making us an amazing Italian dinner one night, which was unexpected. We ate often on the outdoor patio, and would walk to Pasticceria Sancassani for espresso and brioche in the mornings. We would highly recommend this place for a relaxed vacation, especially if you enjoy soaking up lake views from where you're staying.
Liked: An apartment with 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, another with two single beds, and the third with two single beds and one bunk bed. The view from the apartment is breathtaking. A 20-minute walk takes you to an area of bars and restaurants. The apartment is furnished in a rather old-fashioned style. It is not possible to put the single beds together with a double bed. The owner of the apartment is friendly and nice. He welcomed us at 2 in the morning.
Lovely stay!
Liked: The hosts were very kind and welcoming to us, and made sure we had everything we needed. We stayed in the ground floor apartment. It was beautiful to spend time in the garden, with glimpses of the lake and a calm place to spend time. It is well valued for a stay in Bellagio, and the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom were all well maintained and clean.
Disliked: As others have said, the driveway up is steep, and it is a bit of a walk into Bellagio, but I don't think you can expect more for this price, and the walk into town is pleasant, and you need the hill for the views!
