Disliked: Unfortunately, our stay was not as comfortable as expected. The bed was uncomfortable and needs improvement, while the shower area was far too small, making it difficult to use comfortably. These basic amenities had a significant impact on our overall experience.
Nice hotel in a good location for our group
Liked: Good location, easy walk to the ferry and plenty of spots within walking distance, Staff was extremely helpful especially in getting taxi rides which were sparse. Breakfast was very good and plenty of food. Overall a nice choice for our group, The pizza restaurant was convenient for a quick bite and closed early enough that noise was not an issue. Happy with the stay
Disliked: Church bells at 700am but nothing you could do about them

Liked: Location was great, breakfast had variety & staff was attentive. Balcony was large.
Disliked: Shower was tiny & shower doors kept opening. Keys were needed to lock the door from inside.
A cozy place in the center of Varenna with a very nice restaurant
Liked: I enjoyed the breakfast the most. The cakes were prepared in the restaurant of the hotel rather than bought from the supermarket.
