Liked: It was cheap compared to other places in bellagio
Disliked: Everything is old, there was no one at the reception (at any time!!) there are some weird dogs barking when you enter the place (i don’t mind dogs, we were traveling with one, but the barking was very unexpected), dogs belong either to the owners or some workers living in a room/apartment in the back of the building, they are constantly doing something, the general feeling is “shady”. Whole villa looks unattended, i guess i can say there is a reason for this price.

Not a Good property to stay
Liked: Heritage property. Artistically beautiful. Just next to a bus stop in D110 route. Clean property.
Disliked: Maintenance could be better. The place was very dull (maybe due to off-season or maybe not). The location of the property is 2+ km away from the central bellagio. Limited eateries around. The staff was not professional. They did not care. Even mistakenly moved into our room at midnight. Probably a mistake or not. The room cannot be securely locked.

Liked: The hotel has great unachieved potential. Nice location, free parking.
Disliked: Quite a bad experience. The hotel is not clean, Its service and management needs to be improved. Our complaints were solved during our stay but it is still low value for money overall.
Liked: Nothing,place was derelicted, no staff no swimming pool,I gave spoken with a local shop and a restaurant owner,and they told me the place it's listed as a dormitory for the staff of they're other hotel and not for catering as a b&b
