Exceptional
This was the best place for us
Liked: Wonderful
Disliked: Anything
This is a lovely apartment to pretend you live in Varenna❤️
Liked: The location is perfect! Right near the train and ferry for day trips and a dip in the lake! Less than 10 minutes from the main town with all the restaurants and shops! You have views from every window and the kitchen is fully stocked! We also had sweet treats left for us!
Disliked: A/C is only in the bedrooms (but it works very well) and we got used to warmer temps in the general spaces of the kitchen and living room. We were also there during a very hot period. Additionally, it was NOT the owner’s fault, but there was a network issue with the internet, so we did not have working WIFI for our week’s stay. The apartment staff was very communicative and helpful to solve the issue. We so appreciated that.
We want to go back!
Liked: The location, the views and layout. It has AC in the bedrooms.
Disliked: Everything was great
Gorgeous apartment
Liked: The location near the ferry and lake was excellent. And the apartment was charming, spacious and very clean. We loved the views from our windows appreciated the treats on our arrival!
Disliked: Nothing.
Liked: It was so spacious with porcelain tiles throughout, and air conditioning in the bedrooms. There was a mountain view from one bedroom, lake view from another, and a beautiful balcony in the living room. Beds were super comfortable, and the sheets and towels were of the highest quality. The shutters in all rooms kept the place cool and very dark- perfect for jet lagged sleeping. The kitchen and laundry are well equipped with everything you need for an extended stay. Check in was easy- and the cherry tart and treats were much appreciated. The central location makes it easy to walk everywhere in Varenna, and minutes away from the ferry and train stations. Perfect- we loved everything about the Varenna Dream apartment.
Can’t find a nicer apartment or location in Varenna
Liked: Location was amazing. Easy 5 minute walk to apartment from train station Also when you exit apartment, cross the street and a 2 minute walk down a cobblestone lane you arrive at the ferry and excellent restaurants. 5 minute walk from there into Varenna main area While we did not cook, kitchen appeared to be extremely well stocked. Apartment was not only very clean but in excellent condition. Beautiful views from every window! Very easy to communicate with manager of unit.
