Beautiful stay but not for walking!
Liked: Absolutely beautiful property and fantastic host
Disliked: Be prepared for a pretty huge walk up to the property from town.. First you must walk up quite a long way of hills before you get to the steepest staircase for a couple hundred metres to get to the property itself. Thankfully the host was kind enough to drive us down to the town upon our departure with our luggage but if walking is not for you then this might be a struggle.
Liked: Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Friendly hosts who gave good restaurant recommendations. There was a nice shower.
Disliked: The property is quite bare with minimal personality and the pictures online make it seem more cozy than it actually is. It also was quite musty smelling especially in the bedroom so we had to air it out every time we got home for the day. It’s also to be aware that there are dogs nearby that can bark quite loudly, however they did not bark while we were sleeping or in the early morning.
Generally a nice property and hosts were quick to respond
Liked: Beautiful view of Lake Como in the distance. Bed was comfortable. They were quick to respond when the internet went down - fixed very quickly.
Disliked: Shower was very small and needed a larger frying pan to be able to cook for 2 people at the same time. It is in a residential area so need to be prepared for lawn mowers and general maintenance noise during the day. Is nice and quiet in the evening.
We had a great stay! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Bellagio

Disliked: We got a bit warm so a second fan would be a great addition for the future!
Liked: Property has a great view, and the facilities were good. It is definitely worth the money.
Disliked: It is a great property if you own a car, if you are carrying huge suitcases then it can be a bit uphill for you, as the shortcut has stairs in between, which makes it a bit difficult to carry the luggage. This was also mentioned by the hosts at the time of booking.’
