Exceptional
Great location and lovely property
Liked: Fantastic location away from busy Bellagio but close to walk in easily. Perfect having a path opposite to walk down to the lake.
Lovely apartment with a pretty pool area and only 25 minute walk to Bellagio
Liked: The complex had a nice vibe. All the guests were friendly. The pool area was great for what it was. There were plenty of sun beds in the solarium area for everyone to enjoy. The apartment was spacious enough for a family of four. The air conditioning worked well. 25 minute walk to Bellagio. Local bar underneath the building was handy for a quick pint or a basic pizza or sandwich. The nearest “beach” is a 3 minute walk and the food at the riverside restaurant was surprisingly very good if a little pricey.
Disliked: The pool area had low hanging balconies that I almost banged my head on, and one poor guest actually did. He required 3 stitches after some heavy bleeding which was a shock to all who witnessed it. The mattresses in the apartment are basic as well. These would really benefit from an upgrade. Despite working well, there were no controllers for the bedroom air conditioning so we were unable to regulate the temperature. The TV is tiny and miles away from the 2 seater sofa. So sitting down one evening and watching something as a family was completely ruled out for us.
Great stay right outside Bellagio that had everting we needed and perfect communication from our host
Liked: The area was perfect for our stay with pool, sun area and close my places for food and drinks. Also with designated parking spot was super nice.

The perfect haven away from the hustle & bustle of Bellagio
Liked: The pool area was amazing & the apartment was super clean. Great facilities. The welcome bottle of prosecco and snacks was a lovely touch. Alfio & Paola provided great recommendations and were happy to help with any questions we had.
Disliked: Steep walk home from Bellagio but it was worth it to stay somewhere away from the hustle & bustle
Pool was great too. We loved Bella Bita and would highly recommend! We will be back again for sure
Liked: Bella vita is perfect location. 15 mins walk from Bellagio in a peaceful and most beautiful area. Across the road from the lake and San Geovani ferry and gorgeous park. Cobbled small streets with a cafe where locals sit and enjoy a morning coffee. We had our 2 boys age 16 and 10 they loved the lake. Thanks Paola and Alfie for your lovely welcome and tips for our stay!

Perfect apartment in a great location with helpful hosts!
Liked: Great location in Bellagio, it’s quiet and close to the beach & St. Giovanni but about 20 mins into the main town. The hosts were incredibly helpful (and kind, they left us a cute surprise for our honeymoon) and offered great selections even before we arrived/helped when needed. Very cute little apartment as well, all the amenities!
