Liked: Located right on the water surrounded by beautiful gardens with lovely pool and private beach. Spacious and clean apartment with amazing views, comfortable beds
Disliked: Four flights of stairs to get to the apartment (no lift), air conditioners were poor compared to many other accommodations we have stayed in Italy (no air con in living areas), no outdoor area. Transport options from Bellagio later in the evening are a struggle, prepare to walk if staying out later than 8pm (walk is about 20mins)

Don't Like This Place at ALL
Liked: Did't like it. I'll never pick this place again. And will not recommend. It looks like a Nun School or similar to that. Did not feel good.
Disliked: It's old needs updates. This place doesn't even look like a nice place to stay, It has a very long path of rocks from parking to actual building, once you arrive at the building it has a huge long and uncomfortable stairs to go up to the 4th floor with your luggages ALL THE STAIRS UP TO THE 4TH FLOOR, that's insane. Not counting if you don't bring your own car there is no way to go anywhere as there is no taxi or Uber service. For us was a complete disaster, it's pretty far from the center what it makes it hard for travelers. We did't have a good experience at all.
An absolutely beautiful casa with incredible views and easy access to downtown Bellagio
Liked: The apartment was spacious and clean. The views were absolutely incredible as we were literally right on the water (wow!). There was a cafe just a minute walk away and a couple of other options within a block. Downtown Bellagio was a ~20 minute walk with sidewalks most of the way. We loved our time here!
Disliked: There were a fair amount of stairs which made it difficult for the older members of the family, but that is standard throughout Europe.
