Exceptional
Hosts were great, just could have provided a few minor things to make the stay more upscale
Liked: location was great.
Disliked: Quality of towels and more than two. Would have enjoyed some basic things provided, coffee and tea on a short stay.
Liked: Accommodation was perfect, spacious and clean. Views were incredible from multiple rooms. Host was so helpful and quick to respond. We had a brilliant stay
It was an amazing time, we thoroughly enjoyed it!
Liked: Location, location, location.
Disliked: Slow internet/wifi.
Liked: Great location. Beautiful views. Has air conditioning.
Disliked: Everything was great.
Liked: Location was amazing - OMG the views!
Disliked: Hard to get to from train station - not far but hard with suitcases.
Liked: Location and views and what make this place special for a stay in Varenna
Disliked: There were some supplies that I thought should be included and s salable but weren’t there. I contacted the owner and they delivered most of what I asked for reasonably quickly. However a couple of items like bath soap and shampoo weren’t delivered and the supply of hand soap was low. Those items should be standard. And extra amounts of toilet paper should be on hand!
