Liked: This was a beautiful property! We had a car so the trip there was easy and lovely! The property is so pretty! It is nice to just walk the grounds! Breakfast was nice! Lovely and quiet! Nice selection of food!
Disliked: The distance above Varenna but I wouldn’t say I disliked it…… just be prepared. We took advantage of the free night shuttle to Varenna. We took the walk path down from Vezio and took the night shuttle back that evening. Varenna was amazing!
Beautiful, relaxing, quiet, and very nice staff
Liked: The view was immaculate and the property was the prettiest I’ve ever seen. The rooms were more like apartments, everything you need and more. Feels like you are a local and living in their village, we felt very welcome there. And they make their own olive oil from their trees in the property that you can purchase. There is a Castle 2 mins waking distance that has beautiful gardens, a must see (fee to enter was included with the hotel). The staff were extremely nice and we thank Valentina for making us feel welcome.
Disliked: Nothing. Everything was great!
Liked: Breakfast buffet was great. The room was comfortable and allowed us to have quieter evenings with a spectacular view on the property. I enjoyed that the castle was included. Overall we loved Vezio and the hospitality. Plus the restaurant was amazing
Disliked: Bathroom was a bit stuffy and the walk was hard-but we knew this. The shuttle is a nice addition in the evenings.
