Exceptional
Amazing and wonderful stay!!
Liked: We couldn't have asked for a better stay. Giada is the kind of host who makes stay great!! — quick, friendly replies from the very first message, crystal-clear check-in instructions, and thoughtful little touches that made us feel welcome the moment we walked in. The place was spotless, exactly as described (if anything, better), and you could tell real care went into it. What stood out most was how Giada went above and beyond — gave us amazing local recommendations and ferry timing / left fresh coffee and snacks]. It's rare to find someone who's both professional and genuinely kind. The location was perfect for us too — real close to all the things that are happening. We'd come back in a heartbeat and can't recommend this place highly enough. Thank you for making our trip so easy and memorable!
Disliked: Nothing
Highly recommended immaculate apartment in the very heart of Bellagio
Liked: This was a wonderful property. The location, the condition, the facilities, the cleanliness and the staff were all absolutely excellent. Highly recommended!
Disliked: It’s a very small point to make, and I hesitate to criticize at all because everything else was so good, but the Wi-Fi connection is a little flaky. Fine to do a quick update on Social Media, but I needed to log on for work a couple of times and it was a little slow and unreliable, but honestly - this was such a minor inconvenience that it really didn’t detract at all from our fabulous holiday.
Perfect location, spacious, comfortable, clean and amazing pool area!
