Exceptional
thank you
Liked: The location was good, about a 10-minute walk from the station. On the way back, the hotel gave me a free shuttle ride to the station, which was very helpful. The staff were also very helpful. They booked a restaurant for me and explained in detail how to take the ferries and buses around Lake Como. As I was traveling alone, the room felt a little expensive, but the view was wonderful, and I also received a complimentary half bottle of Prosecco. I had a very comfortable stay and was very happy that I chose this hotel.
Would for sure stay here again. It was an amazing experience
Liked: Loved the breakfast, views and location. The staff was also amazing and got us a reservation at a local restaurant that is very popular.
Disliked: The bed definitely could be more comfortable.
Beautiful venue, staff and food. Great location but uncomfortably small rooms
Liked: The location of the building and how beautiful it was
Disliked: Our prestige room was so small as was the bathroom, there was no space to unpack our cases and not enough plug sockets in the room
Great location and service
Liked: The staff of the Royal Victoria were outstanding. We loved the central location and lack views.
Disliked: A bit pricey.
Liked: The hotel was beautiful. Staff were super friendly.
Disliked: It was very close to the church the bell in the early morning is disturbing.
nice hotel but for the amount spent on a room it should have been better
Liked: Convenience
Disliked: room size and no windows
