Exceptional
Wonderful stay. Very comfortable
Liked: Spacious property for two couple with all the conveniences. The host is very helpful. The property has great view of lake Como, literally overlooking the lake.
Disliked: Transport could be a bother. Not very easy late evening to get a cab back.

Beautiful, spacious lake home with sunset views and large terrace-life doesn’t get much better!
Liked: Beautiful, spacious home with unparalleled views of Lake Como. We enjoyed 4 nights in this gem with our teenage daughter and parents and it was perfect for our family. We loved the terrace and enjoyed coffee and aperitivo hours there daily. Well stocked with everything we needed and Massimo even has extra beverages and food items for purchase should you arrive too late. We appreciated the much needed laundry facilities as well. He was an incredible host and helped us reserve local restaurants we never would have tried. We loved this place and would return in a heartbeat!

Exceptional property in a spectacular location
Liked: If I could rate this property and location 20/10 I would. It was quite simply exceptional. Massimo was the perfect host and the house was incredible. Everything was so clean and modern with all the facilities we could have needed. It was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 teenagers. The view from the terrace was spectacular. We wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Idyllic views, peaceful elegant Villa
Liked: Amazing location. Beautiful private villa. Has very comfortable beds, beautiful new bathrooms, excellent kitchen and laundry facilities. Two bedrooms upstairs and a third walk in closet with couch. One bedroom downstairs. Fridge is stocked with beverages, wine, limoncello, milk, yogurt, cash purchase only. Massimo the host is incredible gracious and thorough in explaining the villa and surrounding area. It is a 1.5 mile walk to Varenna center which is easily done if you are prepared & there are several local taxi services. We knew this on arrival and actually preferred to stay out of town. The garden and patio are near a slightly wooded area and the lake, mountains, and bird song in the morning was idyllic and peaceful. Incredible place!
