Highly recommend for a quiet and comfortable home base for a visit to Bellagio
Liked: Fabio’s apartment was comfortable, spacious, and well equipped. The walk to town was 10-15 minutes. The area was quiet. It was a pleasure to spend two days here.
Disliked: It was a little tricky to figure out which property. It said #3 but you actually ring the bell at #5. We were able to figure it out by matching the names from our check in message to the ones on the name plate next to the bell.
Liked: Good location, very clean place, with everything needed for our stay. We only spent 2 nights there, but it would have been perfect for a longer stay. Fabio, the owner, was very nice and friendly, and gave us tons of information on the area, things to do and see, tips for boat rides, etc. I can only recommend staying there.

Ideal accommodation for a stay in Bellagio
Liked: Accommodation was perfect, located in a lovely area about 10-15 minute from Bellagio main town. The walk into town is very scenic. Very clean and modern apartment with a lovely balcony with a view of the lake and mountains. Fabio met us with the keys on arrival and walked us through the apartment and pointed out everything in the area, Giuli sent us on a list of recommendations for our stay and the ones we tried were all excellent.

Superb stay in a beautiful location
Liked: We loved everything about this property. It was more like a comfortable home than a holiday let. The kindness and thoughtful extras from the owners were much appreciated. Very close to the supermarkets and a lovely 15 minute walk to the port area.
