  A hidden gem, made beautiful by proud hosts!

  Liked: Mr Vittorio was incredible from start to finish! Great communication, clear instructions on how to get to Bellagio. He picked us up from the ferry and orientated us to the town including how to walk to the home and back from town, including shortcuts, warnings of when it would become steep and local recommendations of cafe’s and restaurants. He even provided a map for the duration of the trip. Mr Vittorio was so welcoming, a true gentleman! The property was spacious, had everything we needed for a short trip. Complimentary coffee, water, wine and breakfast snacks. Towels and bathroom toiletries provided. One of the comfiest beds we’ve stayed in! modern Tv available. Mosquito nets around front door and window. A/C and extra blankets available. Easy to use key. Blackout curtains. there was an additional “relaxation” room with sofas, games and books to chill in. Parking available. A true hidden gem, we cannot wait to come back!!

  Extremely nice stay, peaceful and very kind host

  Liked: Firstly, Vittorio is the best host that I’ve ever had at a stay ever. He went out of his way when he didn’t need to, by picking us up at Bellagio to get to the property. He gave us so much information around how to get around in Como, and was extremely helpful. Vittorio also helped me get a rental Vespa as well which was extremely nice of him. I would recommend this property just because of how good of a host Vittorio is. The property was also extremely easy, very cosy, had all the facilities we needed and more. Vittorio left us a rosé and some food. The property also has a separate lounge space that is so cosy, with a guitar and some games. I wish I spent more days here to use all the facilities. There was also plenty of parking spaces available which was so handy. This property is definitely worth it. It’s so cosy and quiet, it was lovely.

  Liked: My girlfriend and I are absolutely delighted with this accommodation. I never expected to experience such genuine warmth and hospitality during a check-in, but Mr. Vittorio and his lovely wife made us feel incredibly welcome from the very beginning. First of all, I have to mention that Vittorio speaks perfect English, so communication was completely effortless. More importantly, we truly felt at home from the moment we arrived. His knowledge of Como and the surrounding area was amazing. He gave us clear instructions, maps, and very useful information that made our entire stay feel as if we had already been living there for some time. Thanks to his recommendations, we knew exactly where to eat, where to go, when and where to catch the boats, where to find the best prices, and so much more. His advice genuinely made our stay easier, more enjoyable, and much more relaxing. When it comes to cleanliness and hospitality, I would honestly give them a perfect 10, without any exaggeration. We warmly recommend staying with these wonderful people to anyone visiting Como. We will definitely be coming back, and for all these reasons, I’m sure we’ll visit Como more often whenever we want to relax, clear our minds, and enjoy some quality time together. Thank you so much for everything!

  Amazing hosts, great location, very spacious cabin

  Liked: Great location, comfortable room with extra spaces outside. Hosts are very friendly and were very helpful when we were planning our things to do in Lago Como. The house is located in a quiet area, about a ~5 min drive (20 min walking) away from Bellagio center. Hosts offered us some extra’s when we arrived which made us feel very welcome. Definitely recommend and will book again whenever we come back to Lago Como!

  Disliked: Shower isn’t the biggest, other than that, none.
