Exceptional
Liked: Very comfortable place for staying in the historic center of Belaggio.
Liked: We had a wonderful stay! The property was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality and the professional, welcoming attitude of the staff. Everything was handled with great care and attention. A lovely experience overall, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Lake Como!
Disliked: One small suggestion for improvement would be to provide complimentary slippers in the rooms, as this would add an extra touch of comfort to an already wonderful stay.

Liked: It would be ideal if then hotel could provide a buggy to transport luggage from hotel reception to the apartments
Disliked: having to push heavy bags uphill to apartment
In general was positive, considering that all bellagio doesn’t have proper a/c
Liked: The location is good, the view from the terrace was nice
Disliked: It was always quite hot inside the apartment, although the fans were working. Most probably because it is located just under the roof, so the fans should be more powerful. Also there was no iron.

Disliked: Only included one towel per guest. Additional towels are $5 euros per towel No laundry available
