Exceptional
Great Value in Bellagio
Liked: Excellent location and nearby Seta restaurant had a full breakfast which was awesome. Markets and restaurants, gelaterias nearby made it very convenient to stay there. The hostess Elena was very responsive.
Disliked: The bedrooms were very small and tight. It was hard to fit two carry ons in the bedroom. They did have a wardrobe. The one bathroom was very tight and small for two couples. It would have been an okay choice for a family of four.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but future guests should be aware of this before booking. The apartment is advertised
Liked: It was clean.
Disliked: The bathroom lacks the ability to open a window and as a consequence there was mold in the bathroom window. The water heater was not functioning, we didn’t have hot water, it lasted literally no more than 5 minutes. We called the manager they did nothing. There is no way they don’t know about this problem
Liked: Perfect location
Liked: It was really easy to locate the property with the instructions received from Martina. The apartment is in the heart of Bellagio and it’s easy to walk to the ferry, restaurants etc. We enjoyed our stay and the apartment was perfect for us.
Lovely relaxing stay
Liked: Great location, great layout, comfortable beds
Disliked: Host does not take rubbish out for you at the end and asks you to take it to the nearest bin. Given the cost I find this a bit unreasonable.
Great location, spacious, clean and comfortable, with a few minor annoyances
Liked: The location could not have been better: close to the ferry, restaurants and shops. The apartment is spacious, well furnished, including full kitchen, a washer machine (no dryer) and a towel heater (a nice plus). Everything was in good condition and looked new.
Disliked: The apartment building is next to the church and the bell sounds are very loud. In our case, it wasn't much of a bother as we spent most of the day outside, but if one is looking for silence, it may be a challenge. The building is located at the top of a slope. Be prepared to either climb stairs or a ramp (and do not rely on Google Maps which indicated the wrong location, in the middle of the ramp). Two annoyances: 1- The owner requires the guests to dispose of garbage. If the apartment will be cleaned between guest occupancy, why the garbage is not disposed by the cleaning crew? Guests usually have luggage and having to handle luggage along with garbage bags is not a good combination. 2- The owner not only set the checkout time earlier than usual (10 am instead of the usual 11 am or 12 pm), but also send a message to "remind" us of the checkout time. Not nice. 3- The owner required the city tax to be paid in cash. This should have been informed at the time of the reservation, as nowadays people use cards instead of cash.
