Exceptional
Nice apartment, excellent owner, beautiful location
Liked: Beautiful location and stunning lake & Mountain View’s, underground car park for apartment 6 kept the car cool when required
Disliked: No A/c (avg temp was 38C) and only 2 fans (1 not working) in a 3 bedroom apartment was hardly adequate
Perfect location close to the ferry, restaurants and grocery shop with amazing views and great host
Liked: Great location, amazing views, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Everything that we needed was provided for us. Matteo was a great and responsive host. He made check in very easy and was consistently available for any questions that we had. We will stay here again when we go back.
Disliked: We had a couple of maintenance issues but Matteo was able to resolve them quickly.
Great location and views of the lake!
Liked: Sauna and the hot tub. Great location for the ferry too. Matteo was extremely helpful and recommended places to visit and eat!
Disliked: Not an issue with the property itself, but the steep walk from the ferry got tough as the days went on. We had a car so it wasn’t too bad, we still went out every day walking. We just had to take our time and take flat comfy shoes.
Excellence view, clean located nearby ferries and transport to other towns. Property well kept and clean! Pool, hot tub
Liked: The view is breathtaking!!! Matteo was very attentive and also prepared an itinerary including excursions, restaurants and things for our children to do as well in town and neighboring towns. The customer service was over the top and he was easily accessible via phone/text message. We will return for future stays at this property. Thank you for your service Matteo!! You’re the best…
Superb
Liked: Matteo's guidance to the residence (including video!) was excellent, and he was super helpful in pointing out the best local places to visit. View of the lake from the balcony and the poolside was lovely!
