Fabulous
Central location, comfortable
Liked: Great location, nice view, spacious apartment
Disliked: Nothing really. Parking is quite far and costs 30 euro.
In my opinion, the price is simply not justified by what is offered

Disliked: Unfortunately, the accommodation did not meet our expectations, especially considering the price we paid. The facilities and amenities were very basic. There was not even a complimentary bottle of water, no mini fridge, and no coffee or other small touches that one would reasonably expect at this price level. The service was also disappointing. There was virtually no personal interaction with the staff, and communication was limited to messages, making the whole experience feel rather impersonal. Overall, the accommodation offered very little in terms of comfort, hospitality, or attention to detail. We actually decided to leave one day earlier than planned. Having travelled extensively and stayed in many different properties, I believe that value for money is extremely important. Unfortunately, this property fell well short of our expectations.
Decent stay
Liked: The property is in the heart of Varenna, however no normal windows or view at all. There was a photo of roof top, however no access to it
Disliked: No view to lake
Liked: Property was exactly like in the pictures. The staff was really friendly, even gave us plenty information regarding the self check in and about the locker where we could store our luggages until we could check-in. They also gave us information how to get to the location from the train station.
Disliked: The check in time could be improved in the future. We arrived in Varenna at 11 am and the check in was at 3 pm. Besides that, everything was as discribed and went perfect.
