A perfect, family-friendly stay—spotless, private, and thoughtfully hosted with great local touches
Liked: We had an incredible stay at Villa Lilla Bellagio – Luxury Pool with Lake View. The villa was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a perfect family vacation. A special thank you to the amazing host who arranged a VIP boat tour for us at the last minute—it was a highlight of our trip! What truly stood out was the attention to detail: there was a helpful folder with local recommendations, emergency contacts, and activities, which made exploring the area so easy. The pool was a hit with the kids, and we really appreciated the privacy and comfort the villa offered. Even small things were thought of—like finding an extra adapter in the drawer when mine broke. I highly recommend this villa for families or larger groups looking for a relaxing and luxurious stay. We’re already planning to come back for a longer visit. Thank you again for the wonderful experience!

It was amazing holiday stay
Liked: The host is amazing! If you have any problems or requests for sure the host will help you. She makes our stay much easier and comfortable The place is very clean. Location is very good, near ferry station, around 4 min, to get to the center or another cities around Como lakes which makes sightseeing easier

Liked: The location is beautiful behind a large gate. It is on a busy road, but once you are on the property it is peaceful and beautiful. The villa itself is very clean, well appointed and comfortable. It is an easy walk or drive to town.
Beautiful, private, Bellagio Villa - 5 Stars!
Liked: Villa Lilla is a beautiful, new villa in a lovely position. It was clean to a very high standard and had a lovely new kitchen, bathrooms, and a cool wine cellar. The hot water for the showers was excellent and enough for four people to use for leisurely showers and no one got any cold water which was great! The rooms are big and the air conditioning is excellent. The pool was the cleanest pool we have EVER used. It was immaculate and was checked and cleaned every day also. The sunbeds and gardens were private and very well maintained. The kitchen offers a new washing machine and dishwasher which was amazing and there was plenty of crockery and cutlery. We rented a boat from Bellagio Boat Hire, just a five mins walk from the villa and had the most wonderful time on the lake, taking in all the sights, swimming in the water and enjoying having a nosey at George Clooneys mansion! The position of the villa means you can get a quick taxi to Bellagio and we thoroughly enjoyed every night out that we had. Eugenie the owner helped us with every restaurant booking and taxi booking, she was AMAZING! She got us the best tables in every restaurant and bar and we were so so grateful to her, she made the holiday 5*! We will definitely go back.
Disliked: The garden does not offer a view of the lake, there are alot of (beautiful) bushes and trees, so you can not sit and enjoy the lake from the garden, but you can see it from a few of the bedroom windows and from the stairs windows - it is a lovely view. The mattresses were a little uncomfortable for the longer stay we had, maybe they would be okay for a few nights, but all four of us were a bit sore in the back after 8 nights!
