  Liked: The pool is lovely, the staff are very helpful and the hotel is very clean and the one bedroom apartment was an excellent size. The breakfast is also very good.

  Disliked: The hotel is a little way from the old part of Bergamo however it's very convenient for the train station and transport links.

  Liked: Nice big appartment with large balcony. Big bathroom lots of space. Very close to railway & bus station. Black out blinds good for sleep. Comfortable beds. Fantastic view from balcony.

  Disliked: Shower leaked into closet. Pool only available between 2pm -8pm and you need a cap so we didn't use. There was an annoying beeping sound from 8am every morning that lasted for about 2 hours.

  Liked: Only 10 mins walk from train / bus station. Quiet area generally, a little road noise. Friendly staff. Although this is part complex for retiree's, it did not impact my stay and I felt safe. Good to have small kitchenette available.

  Disliked: Swimming area could do with some TLC. Sauna was never on throughout my stay. Had to report very dirty shower next to Sauna and didn't return to the pool area after that. Frustrating to have to use (mandatory) cap and flip flops when clearly not everyone else does.

  For one day it was good but I was hoping for sauna after whole day of hiking
