  Liked: The place is lovely with all you need for a perfect stay in Brindisi. It has character, it's nicely decorated, fully equipped and clean. A very nice focaccia was waiting for us as we arrived and croissants left at the door on the day we left along. The host is super nice and gave us all the information we needed to visit and have a good time in Brindisi. I highly recommend it!

  Everything and more - Amazing!!!!

  Liked: Everything and more - Amazing!! Happy House provides everything you want in accomodation. We have been travelling (family of 3) for over a month staying at many lodgings across Europe and this is without a doubt the best place we have stayed at so far. It is located 5 mins walk from the train station and a short walk from city centre and waterfront. The house is extremely spacious and we had it all to ourselves. It has a huge bedroom with a very comfortable large bed. It has air conditioning in both bedroom and living room. It is safe and secure with a two door entry system. As it was the host’s (Stefano) grandmother’s house it has everything in it including a modern washing machine, a full size fridge, a microwave oven (rare in Italy) abundant cupboard space and much much more. There was even a full range of toiletries for us to use. Stefano was an amazing host. Not only did he meet us upon arrival he even provided a tasty focaccia from the local bakery as well as two bottles of drink free of charge. He was very kind and polite and enthusiastically explained about the history of Brindisi as well as suggesting things to do and where to eat, where to catch buses to the airport/ferry terminal etc. He even gave us a gift (a Puglia lucky charm) when we checked out. Never before have we experienced such wonderful hospitality. It really felt we were living in a local’s home. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer.

  Liked: In a good location, but it is noisy at night, cars and motorbikes pass by at high speed, the bathroom is narrow, not the cleanest in the world. The air conditioners work, but only when you are in the apartment. It was extremely hot, it is difficult to cool down, and it is not hot to sleep. The owner was very kind and provided us with a lot of information.

  Disliked: Noisy, not very clean and extremely hot, difficult to cool with air conditioning.

  Liked: The apartment was very spacious and clean, it has everything that you will need for short as well for longer stay. The host was perfect, very nice and welcoming. He gave me all the information for transportation from and to the airport. He also sent me very interesting information about the history of Brindisi and many recommendations for local restaurants and food that you must try 😊
