Exceptional
Liked: Nice, central location in the city, good breakfast and wifi. The bathrooms are separated from the main sleeping area with glass, which, although not transparent, can still be a bit of a challenge if you need to use it in the middle of the night and your partner is asleep. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, top notch.
Disliked: Being in the center it can be a bit of a challenge to navigate the one-way streets to get there, and driving from the hotel entrance to the parking garage was quite a roundabout, despite it being about a two minute walk. We had a mid-size SUV and were able to navigate, but a larger vehicle would be a bit more of a challenge.
A convenient hotel dedicated to a quality customer experience
Liked: The hotel went way out of its way to give information about how to access the hotel from the airport using a bus link which was cheap, efficient, and not mentioned at all on Google Maps. The location provided easy access to transportation and restaurants and sights to visit.

Neat hotel for a short stay in Brindisi centre
Liked: A neat hotel, quiet and clean and very friendly helpful staff. The room is spacious and somewhat old fashioned. Beds (2 single) are narrow but give a good rest. The bathroom is spacious, clean and well equiped. Location is excellent in this pretty small and friendly town. Breakfast (included) has a very good varied choice for every taste, from grilled veggies to dolce and all in between. Please hotel, open the curtains when the weather is ok. The 5th floor breakfastroom shouts for the view. For a short stay in the centre of Brindisi this neat hotel is an ok choice.
Disliked: No wrong things. Just remarks. To have bigger cups or pots for tea we already mentioned to the staff, also wanted in the room. Nice to us/the world would be if the hotel would look more into sustainability, towels used but not on the ground do not need replacement. Things like that, all tiny bits will help the environment without loosing comfort for individual guests. We enjoyed because of mentioned reasons but we thought the price is somewhat higher than it should be. NB we can not compare on this topic in this town.
Great stay, highly recommend
Liked: A great place to stay, conveniently located halfway between the train station and the harbour in a quiet, tiny street. Everything is within walking distance. Very helpful and professional staff, an immaculately clean room, and a great breakfast with a variety of options - scrambled eggs, cheese, yogurt, fruit and veggies, cakes, even some regional specialties. Tasty coffee! Would definitely stay there again.
Disliked: A tiny thing - that glass bathroom door. When you're staying with someone, a solid, non-see-through door would be a better option. But maybe it's just me.
Liked: Location good. Rooms comfortable and modern
Disliked: Rooms on small side. Poor quality pillows. Room sound proofing is very poor so expect to hear everything from adjacent rooms and rooms above. Hoovering of a room started at 08:00 one morning
Very clean business standard and nice hotel - will come back
